promoting business online during big holidays

Have a look at your 'gift list,' family members, friends, work colleagues, sports and classmates, contacts - all the people that you know. Ask yourself - Taking into account their family situations, sporting activities, etc, - what would they like to receive or give away as gifts? Having identified what they are likely to be interested in as gifts, go to and search for those items. Send messages to them suggesting that they have a look at  highlighting the products they are likely to be interested in. To help them and to encourage them , I would also give them a Gift Card each. Do not spam. This is targeted advertising and we are only talking about contacting those people we know well. As for all the other people in the whole wide world, now that you have done your research regarding likely items that people might want as gifts during this season, promote those items as widely and as often as possible. The other point to remember is that at this time of the year, a lot of businesses are arranging ‘end of year’ functions for their staff. Most businesses give their staff some small gifts as tokens of appreciation for their work during the year. I would suggest that you identify likely suitable gifts and approach those arranging the functions. You never know, you may get a large order of small items with small commissions but they all add up. If you do really well, they might do the same thing next year or throughout the year.
