How to build a team where everyone knows they are valued members and part of something special

Your first contact with your affiliates when you send a Welcome E-Card must contain a sincere and warm welcome that makes the new affiliates feel special and that he’s just joined a special team led by you.

contest, or won in the Daily Grand Drawing, a reward of TC Credits or Gift Certificate and a mention at your Leadership Blog, weekly group mail, as well as in Stream Post will be appreciated by your team.
